Our Hope · Our Why

About this
offering.

You are loved beyond measure — exactly as you are, exactly where you are. If nothing else here lands, please carry that home.

Why this exists

Every promise, in your hands, free of charge.

We compiled 7,777 promises of God from across all sixty-six books of Scripture, alongside the original Hebrew and Greek they were first written in, and seventeen English translations spanning seven hundred years of careful scholarship. Every word is here without a paywall, without an account, without anyone watching what you read.

We did this because the promises God speaks over you should never be locked behind anything — not money, not membership, not theology you have to pass a test on first. They are gifts. The only question is whether you will let them in.

You are not denied.

Who this is for

All of you. Without exception.

If you grew up in church and have lived inside its walls your whole life — welcome. If you walked away years ago and aren't sure why you're here today — welcome. If you've been told you don't belong because of who you love, what you've done, what you believe, what you doubt, what you carry, what you hide — please hear us: you belong here.

We do not believe Jesus stood at any door and asked anyone to prove themselves worthy before crossing it. We do not believe He asks that of you now. The cross was a settled verdict over every soul, including the ones who've been told they aren't included. Especially them.

Read what He actually said. Filter to the 590 promises spoken directly from His own mouth. Compare seventeen translations side-by-side. Look at the Greek and Hebrew underneath. Make up your own mind. We trust you with the text.

“Whoever comes to Me I will never drive away.”

John 6:37

That's the whole posture of this site. No driving away. Just an open door, the lights on, scripture in many voices, and the Advocate who promised to stay.

How it was made

Honestly, with help.

This site was built by one person — Mike Hamann — in collaboration with an AI assistant (Claude). We're telling you that up-front because we believe transparency is part of love. The AI helped extract verses, build the search and filter tools, and draft this very page. A human read every line, made every theological call, and sets every direction.

Future translation work — when we begin to render verses in our own English voice — will be the same: human-led, AI-assisted, never AI-alone. We'll mark each verse with whether it was AI assisted and which model was involved, so you always know what you're reading.

Sources & licensing

Every word is freely shareable.

We host only public-domain or open-license texts. Modern translations under publisher copyright (NIV, NKJV, The Message, and others) are linked out — every verse card and every comparison view points to BibleGateway so you can read those translations on a properly licensed platform, free of charge.

Our own translation

When we begin rendering verses in our own English voice, every line we produce will be released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You can quote it, share it, build on it, translate it further, include it in your own ministry, your own book, your own app — commercial or not — as long as you credit the source. Spread it far and wide. That's the entire point.

However you came here,

you are welcome here.
